The company was funded by Mister Barthélémy BEAUVILLAIN in 1902.

His son Albert BEAUVILLAIN married to Mrs DAVOINE turned it into the S.A. BEAUVILLAIN DAVOINE.

After the death of Mister BEAUVILLAIN, Mister Michel CARPENTIER, their son in law, managed the company until June 1989, when, Misters Alain and Christian CARPENTIER became the new managing team.

In 1995, Misters Francis and Bruno CARPENTIER, sons of Mister Alain CARPENTIER joined the company.

Since 2003, the company is managed by Mr Alain CARPENTIER as President, and by Mr Francis and Bruno CARPENTIER as General Managers.
