Advantage:
Conditions: permit to measure heat flow under extreme
conditions, like high temperature, projections or deposits.
Precision: the sensitivity is not temperature dependent,
so it is not affected by water temperature changes.
The error percentage is inferior at 2%, the response
time is < 0,2 second with a linear output of 100µV
for each 1 kW/ m2.
Flexibility: the sensor can be adapted to measure radiant
flow or heat flow. Furthermore, the captherm is available
in form of cylinders or rectangular bars or other custom
made form.
If the intensity range of the source change, there's
no need to change the sensitive element. |
Applications:
|
Total and radiant flux measurement with source of
intense heat (laser, explosion
)
Process control (under extreme conditions)(glassmaking,
flames, oven)
