Thermal
flux measure:
Thermal fluxmeter is designed
to measure the heat flow in its surface. In fact it
allows to measure combined thermal exchange by convection,
conduction and radiation. It provides a signal that
is a proportional e.m.f to the flow independent from
the temperature.
The high sensitivity thermal fluxmeter is a thermal
fluxmeter which gives a better accuracy.
The active thermal fluxmeter is a thermal fluxmeter
coupled with a heater that permits it to maintain the
temperature of the sensor (available with high sensitivity
option).
The conductivimeter allows to measure the thermal
properties of a material that defines its thermal resistance
(function of its thickness) and the thermal conductivity
that is independent of the thickness. This is a process
very simple to use and patented by Captec. |
Radiant flux measure

Radiant fluxmeter (or
sensor of radiant flow) allows to measure exchange
by radiation between a system and its environment.
It provides a signal that is a proportional e.m.f
to the flow independent from the temperature.
The active radiant fluxmeter
is a radiant fluxmeter coupled with a heater that
permits it to maintain the temperature of the sensor.
The double sided radiant
flux sensor permits to compare the radiant flux
absorbed or emitted in both directions which in fact
allows to measure the net radiant flux.

Measure in extreme conditions
| We developed another radiant fluxmeter called captherm
that adapts to a hostile environment (temperature, projections,
deposits…). The sensor is maintained at a constant
temperature thanks to a water cooled principle, and
protected by its iron shape. This sensor can be designed to measure heat or radiant flux |
Other products
The Heater is a heated surface resistance of very weak thickness (less of 0,2mm) that allow to maintain a surface in temperature or compensate the power exchange that breakthrough a surface. The value of the resistance is independent of the surface.
Thermocouple of surface
is a very fine element that allows the mean measure
of surface temperature.
